Management Team

Adam Zimmer, President and CEO

Adam has over 10 years experience in the software industry. In 1999, seeing a deluge of new opportunities for dynamic programming on the Internet, he launched Arius Software Corporation. While at NCR, Adam won second place in a programming competition for creating a web- enabled banking solution. This experience provided the needed insight for Arius to win its first enterprise-wide solution in the Financial Services market. Currently, Adam supplies the long-term vision and financial management for the company.

Mike Neame, Vice President, Product Development

Mike led the development of a software testing framework at Nortel Networks. Then at Sybase, Mike worked extensively with hand held computing devices. This provided him with background insight for future platforms for Arius's patented ConnectedDB architecture. In 1999, Mike joined Adam in the founding of Arius Software Corporation.

Advisory Board

Gary Baksi

Gary has demonstrated vision, and proven his affinity for realistic goals and strategies, in the two successful start-ups he has co-founded and managed since 1983. The first was a cutting edge software firm partnered with the University of Waterloo, and the second was a control's technology manufacturer with exports to over 30 countries spanning 5 continents. The results are benchmarked in the June 1995 issue of Profit Magazine's list of Canada's 100 fastest growing companies. Comptrol Computer Control Inc. placed 36th for sales growth and within that group, placed 19th in profitability.
