Arius Partners With Two Leading Compliance Experts
in Canadian and US Securities
WATERLOO, ONTARIO, January 14, 2003 Arius Software Corporation announced that it recently established a partnership with two leading experts in Canadian and US Securities compliance, enhancing the firm's domain expertise in innovating solutions for the financial services industry.
Arius is now focused on launching a fully integrated new account opening process for retail full-service brokerages, where Investment Advisors and their Clients are currently frustrated by the process of completing impersonal and time-consuming forms by hand to open each new account.
Arius's new Client Agreement System, planned for release in Q1 2003, will provide a brokerage's client an easy-to-read personalized agreement requiring only a single signature while ensuring the brokerage is in compliance with current regulations. Arius will build on its already successful enterprise-class architecture ConnectedDB, and its relationships with institutions such as TD Waterhouse and Pacific & Western Trust.
